TROLLEY MOUNTED BREATHING APPARATUS

The Airline Trolley Systems is robust, made of stainless steel tubular structure on heavy-duty castors/wheels. A steel drum is provided with breathing hose and further provided Y piece and hose for 2 men use. Good quality L.P. Hose crimped with quick release coupling suitable to attach with Demand Valve & Facemask. The Trolley is designed to accommodate two/four Carbon Composite Cylinders (Water capacity 6.8 Ltr/300 Bar) and steel cylinder 6 Ltr 300 Bar. The total effective duration is 3 hours.

Trolley has accessories like manifold, Pressure Reducer, pressure relief valve, non-return valve; the cylinders are connected in such away that when one cylinder is exhausted it can be replaced without interrupting the ow of air from the other cylinders. Bleed valve is provided with each cylinders to bleed off the pressure prior to removing the empty cylinder. Trolley Unit also has warning whistle to give audible alarm & pressure gauge at low and high pressure lines. Cylinders/Valves are approved by PESO-Nagpur.
